HINDSIGHT

Canny Ong

My deepest condolensces go to Canny's family and friends. Though I didn't know her personally, I do know Eartha and I know how hard this must be.

The last time I talked to Eartha online she was reminiscing about the many good times she had with Canny. And I suppose this is the best way to approach such a sad event.

It's hard to place myself right now. I found that many people left comments in the previous post about Canny's disappearance. And, as such, the comments page became somewhat of a posting board for updates on progress regarding the whole investigation. I came home today to more postings.

I don't know what more to say.

Brendan and Canny are good friends of mine. My heart is filled with saddness for Brendan and the entire family. Anyone that knew Canny knows that she had a heart of gold. My God bless and keep her.

I am a malaysian who married a US citizen too...my wife and I are really sad about what happened to Canny...We really can't imagine the grief that Brendon and Canny's Family is going through...Last year we went back to malaysia for a visit...and to me it seems like the same old safe haven I grew up in...but my family had told me that the crime rate had gone up a lot...what more...my dads car was stolen while I was still in the house...its just crazy...Lets just hope this type of crime would will not happen again...Our condolences to Brendon and the Ong family...

Our deepest condolences to Canny's husband Brendon and her family in Malaysia.

She will always be in your heart wherever you are. She will not be forgotten for all the good times that you have shared with her and cherished together throughout the years. Please remember not to give up hope on yourself no matter how tough the situation may be as she is always by your side all the time. There is still a lot to learn from her strong character.

May God bless you and please take good care of your health and look ahead with a stronger determination to do your best in memory of her. She would most certainly be proud of you.

My deepest condolences to Brendon & the Ong Family. Words cannot describe just how sad I feel. I pray that God will be with all of you in your time of grief. May God especially strengthen you, Brendon. Know that you are not walking through this alone... Trust in God to lead you by the hand as you look ahead to brighter days. Canny is home with God, She is in good hands now. Even death shall not separate the love that is shared between you & Canny. Let that love always remain as your source of strength and inspiration to go on with life. May God bless you and comfort you.
